The government contemplates establishing a minimum of three (3) firm fixed price BPA's (Blanket Purchase Agreements) to provide supply items to the Self-Help Shop at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; however, the Government reserves the right to award more or less than three BPA's based upon responses received from this solicitation. The potential Master Agreement term is not to exceed 1 year.
