Set Aside Solicitation for 100% Small Business open market vendors for the purchase of Kraft Custom Folders by Smead or equal

The purposes of this amendment are to add the following language to the solicitation: - Offerors shall provide the tracking verification information for their sample shipment and / or the expected delivery date no later than the due date for proposal submission. - Samples shall be received no later than 3PM ET on April 25, 2011.
