This solicitation is for copy paper for VA Long Beach Healthcare System. This solicitation is competed as a SDVOSB set-aside for contractors with an FSS contract. In accordance with 38 USC 8127(d) Veterans First Contracting Program, and VAAR 852.215-70 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Evaluation Factors, only offers from SDVOSB companies with an FSS contract will be considered. To be considered an SDVOSB, the contractor must be listed on the VIP website by the close of this solicitation. The period of performance will be 6/1/2018 to 5/31/2019. VA Long Beach cannot store 3250 cases of paper so the winning contractor will be required to deliver the requested number of cases to the hospital when ordered by the program office between 6/1/2018 and 5/31/2019.
