This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F23606-03-Q-0006. This solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314110, Carpet, with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. This request is for a Brand Name or Equal version for purchase of 4,369 square yards of Bentley Wassley Loop 30B-7451 (with anti-microbial finish) for Whiteman Air Force Base, MO .
