The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Ecomm Life Safety Systems, LLC. A sole source procurement is being issued to Ecomm Life Safety Systems, LLC due to the proprietary nature of the items being procured. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
