PRON: AX1F0100AX, NOUN: Tube, Bent, Metallic; NSN: 4710-01-562-3239; P/N: 70307-03042-043; Quantity: 100 each minimum/300 each maximum on a three year firm fixed price (1 year base and 2-100% Options) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each, 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 100 each year until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 100 each, 175 DACA and 100 each year until contract completion. This is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering and tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
