51 -- STACKERS POWER PAINTED WITH COLESON CASTERS UNIT

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a purchase order to COMMERICAL METAL FABRICATORS to purchase one hundred (100 ea) Stack and Rack Carts to be used in conjunction with the BEP’S internally developed racking system. This Procurement action is for equipment parts which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1.
