35--Laundry Washer and Dryer Set

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, is soliciting offers for a contractor to provide a laundry washer and one laundry dryer, in accordance with the salient characteristics listed in paragraph 8, to be delivered to Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to delivery these supplies. The request for quote (RFQ) number is W911S7-15-T-0034. Please see the attachement for specifications. This solicitation will result in the award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. The applicable NAICS code is 333318, Commercial and service industry machinery manufacturing, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This procurement is a total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The required delivery date is 30 days ARO. The evaluation criteria used will be lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA). Questions are due no later than 27 March and will be published and emailed no later than 31 March. Offers are due no later than 1 April, 5:00 PM Central Time. The anticipated award date is 3 March. Offers from all capable and responsible sources will be considered.
