The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) is conducting a Sources Sought Market Research Survey in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to identify potential firms that have the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities required to provide tire services and supplies on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) at United Stated Army Military Ocean Terminal-Sunny Point (MOTSU) Sunny Point, North Carolina and the United States Army Military Ocean Terminal-Concord (MOTCO) Concord, California.
