The US Department of State, Regional Procurement Support Office Florida, intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order, using commercial item acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Parts 12 and 13, for the purchase of 4 Drug Buggy Compact and associated instruction manuals. The required equipment must be portable (fit in the trunk of a sedan), operate via battery power, and perform self-sanitation of illegal substances recovered from suspects' feces. The unit must be able to be folded-down and transported by one person without assistance. This notice is not a request for quotations; this acquisition will be processed using the authority in FAR 13.106-1(b).
