It is being synopsized as Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 1 The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 2 NSNS with item descriptions. The Unrestricted requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for which Delivery Orders may be placed for one(1) year. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or mote times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of October 10, 2006. The Small Business size standard is 500 Employees. PID information is included in the solicitation. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1095. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
