36 -- Paper Counting Machine

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure three (3) Spartanics M750 EZ Kount paper counting machines from Spartanics. This procurement action is for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13.106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified acquisition threshold. The procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.106-3 shall be used.
