The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for 2 ea, of a side lay complete with right side list NR T-278 and left side NR. T-279 type pal 1 NR. 45 725 MABEG side lay on the I-8 presses. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Part 12 and 13 shall be used. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated small business sized standard 500 employees. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-05-0115. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP Loading Dock at “D Street, between 13th & 14th Sts., S.W. Washington, D.C. 20228 Delivery is requested within 30 days after receipt of order. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price along. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotation may be submitted on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, DUNS number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business or woman owned business).
