36 -- Flow Line Washer

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to solicit BPS Printing Systems to procure the following items; DWT 90 Flow line Washer modified with brush system, Kit Plush to Brushes, Yellow roller and Exposure Unit to be installed on the Orlof Intaglio presses. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold.
