The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Dow Jones & Company, Inc. The procurement is for the purchase of online access to the Wall Street Journal Online via WSJ.com Group Access System. The online service shall provide the capability for PBGC Staff to have access to the WSJ.com through a hyperlink displayed on the library intranet page and via mobile access using a user-defined username and password. The service shall provide access to the regular columns, news, and proprietary features included in the print edition of the Wall Street Journal. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued.
