The Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center (BVAMC), 700 19th Street S, Birmingham, AL 35233 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide pharmaceutical products and services to qualified VA beneficiaries of the CBOCs of the BVAMC. Specifically, contractor shall provide: Management of pharmaceutical services to include monitoring of medication dispensing and reporting of repeat incidents of urgent/emergent medication refill requests/dispensing; dispensing of emergent pharmaceuticals as determined by clinic staff. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years.
