Q--PHARMACY CBOC

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Hampton Virginia (VAMCHAM) has the need for Community Based Outpatient Center (CBOC) Pharmacy Services for its eligible beneficiaries. Pharmacy (ies) must be located within four (4) miles of the CBOC and at least one pharmacy must be located on a city bus route. Services will be needed for approximately 6000 prescriptions per year. This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code is 524298. Size standard is $6M. Contract period will be twelve months from date of award plus four one year renewable option years. The procurement will be conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR 12 in conjunction with FAR 13 and FAR 15. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 8, 2007.
