The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters has released a Request for Information (RFI), titled "Industry-Developed Tipping Point Technologies," on October 11, 2018. Select "80HQTR18X0001" The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is continually looking for opportunities to advance the development of U.S. commercial space products and services. A key aspect of NASA's overall strategy is to stimulate the commercial space industry while leveraging commercial capabilities through public-private partnerships to deliver the technologies needed for future NASA, other government agency, and commercial space missions. STMD is seeking input through this RFI to inform the development of future Tipping Point solicitations. Information, in response to this RFI, may be submitted by any organization, although proposals to the Tipping Point solicitation must be led by U.S. industry. There is no limit to the number of responses an organization may submit to this RFI. Responses to this RFI will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the development of future solicitations.
