Please note the changes specified in quotation marks - NNG"15"470444R. The anticipated release date for the Draft Request for Proposal has been revised to on or about 22 October 2014. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
