The USPFO, Idaho is soliciting Request for Quotations (RFQ) in support of the 2009 Special Olympics World Games for various locations in Idaho for the period of Feb 2, 2009 Feb 14, 2009. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 532299 and the Standard Size is $6.50 million. This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. Currently funds are not available. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, vehicles, transportation, equipment, supplies, tools, supervision and services necessary to maintain, deliver, set up and knockdown rental of tents and other items identified in the RFQ. At a minimum most tents will require power, non-insulated flooring, heat (some twenty four hours), lights. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforms to the RFQ and provides the best value to the Government. The award will be based on the aggregate total. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be available on or about 22 November 2008. A Site visit will be scheduled, actual dates and times will be identified in the RFQ.
