The Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is seeking a vendor to develop an Actual Production History (APH) pilot plan of insurance for sesame for producers in Texas and Oklahoma for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Risk Management Agency. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price with a time and materials option for board assistance and a firm fixed price option for a training package. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
