FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. [email protected] of FedBid: Buyers and Sellers agree to conduct this transaction through FedBid in compliance with the FedBid Terms of Use. Failure to comply with the below terms and conditions may result in offer being determined as non-responsive. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Buy. Offeror must be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM). If the offeror is not registered, it may do so through the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov. All CESKs shall be packaged for FPS pickup within 30 days of the contract award. For the option years, the CESKs shall be packaged for FPS pickup within 30 days of the modification exercising the option. The contractor shall notify the FPS COR that the packages are ready for FPS pickup. An FPS employee will drive to the contractor location to inspect, inventory, validate and retrieve items in person. Each pure explosive and chemicals used in the making of explosives shall be properly separated in containers for transport, storage and to prevent cross-contamination. A Material Safety Data Sheet shall be provided for each explosive type. All CESK shall have a seal which is also listed on the packing slip. Each sealed case shall use security tape as an added layer of security for tamper protection.
