84--Intent to Sole Source Dress Blues for Funeral Honors for the Oregon Army National Guard

The Oregon Army National Guard intends to Sole Source a Firm Fixed Price Contract on or about Sept 3, 2010 to Marlow White for Dress Blue Uniforms and accessories. This is the only company that can make these uniforms and associated items for the Oregons Military Funeral honors Program. Due to the nature of this program and the visibility of the participants, any deviation from the colors, materials or design is unacceptable. There are no other manufacturers of this equipment or the associated accessories.
