Amendment 01 SPM1C1-09-R-0088: Please note the following language, which updates the description section of the pre-solicitation notice. * Production lead time should be 330 days. If FAT is waived, production lead time is reduced by 120 days, to 210 days. FAT (first article testing) will be required. * Subject requirement will be a best value source selection with technical evaluation factors of experience/past performance and socioeconomic support. * Subject reqt will be awarded as a fixed priced with economic price adjustment (EPA), long-term contract. EPA is not to exceed 10% and only applies to the option years.
