91--50,000 GALLONS OF #2 FUEL OIL FOR THE DREDGE MCFARLAND FT MIFFLIN PA

Description of Work: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912BU-05-T-0089 for 50,000 gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel Oil to be delivered by Barge to the Dredge McFarland which will be anchored at Fort Mi fflin Dock on 10 June 2005 between the hours of 7:00am & 9:00 am. The RFQ will be available on or about 19 May 2005. Contractors must register on the Internet and download RFQ package and all amendments from the following address https://ebs.nap.usace.army .mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. If any contractor information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. RFQ documents will be furnished only on the website; hard copies will not be available. Offers will be due on 02 June 2005 at 4:00 p.m. and may be faxed to 215-656-6780. Offerors are responsible for p rinting paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 454311 with a size standard of $10.5 Million or 500 employees. No other notification to firm s will be made for this project. All Contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contractor Registration before reward as required by DFARS 204-7300 and must be in compliance with VETS 100 reporting requirement. Instructions will be included in the RFQ.
