91--70,000 Gallons of #2 Diesel Fuel Oil for the Dredge McFarland, Fort Mifflin, Philadelphia, PA

The U. S. Army Corp of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quote (RFQ) No W912BU-05-T-0014 for 70, 000 gallons of 2 Diesel Fuel Oil to be delivered by Barge to the Dredge McFarland which will be anchored at Fort Mifflin Dock on 23 November 2004 between the hours of 7:00am & 8:00am. The RFQ will be available on or about November 9, 2004. Contractors must register on the Internet and download RFQ package and all amendments from the following address https://ebs.n ap.usace.army.mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. If any contractor information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profi le may cause a delay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. RFQ documents will be furnished only on the website; hard copies will not be available. Offers will be due on November 17, 2004 at the close of business, 4:00 p.m. eastern time and ma y be faxed to 215 656-6780. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 454311 with a size standard of $10.5 Million or 500 employees. No other notification to firms will be made for this project. All contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contractor Registration before award as required by DFARS 204.7300 and must be in compliance with VETS 10 0 reporting requirement. Instructions will be included in the RFQ.
