61 -- Furnish, design, build and construct the support infrastructure for and install two (2) Frame 9E turbines on a turnkey basis at Qudas Power Station

Qudas Power station has four (4) LM 6000 and four (4) Frame 9E Turbines. The scope of work of this project is to add two (2) additional Frame 9E turbines and all associated equipment such as fuel handling and switchyard to operate the units in simple cycle mode. The Frame 9E turbines shall be configured to operate on HFO, diesel and natural gas. The project shall be awarded in September 2006 and completed in approximately one year. The magnitude of this acquisition is expected to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 (USD). This acquisition is unrestricted.
