Delivery of Supplies which include: Diesel Fuel, Unleaded Gasoline, Oil and Lubricants

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, Arizona has a Commercial Item requirement for delivery of supplies which may include Diesel Fuel #2 EPA Carb Red, Diesel EPA Carb Clear, Unleaded Gasoline, Oil and Lubricants, for Government-owned service trucks, above ground tanks, barges and floating barges and intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Snakebite Leasing, dba Sellers Petroleum, located 821 Pacific Avenue, Yuma AZ for a performance period of up to 4 years. The anticipated value of the BPA is $400,000 for the 4 years. For this acquisition, North American Industrial Classification System code is 424720 and the Small Business Size Standard is for 100 Employees. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside. It is anticipated that the BPA will be issued on or about April 1, 2009. This is not a request for proposal, however, vendors who are able to provide similar service must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications, past performance information and price. Effective October 1, 2003 prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receiving a contract award. This database provides basic business information, capabilities, and financial information to the Government and complies with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, which requires federal agencies to have the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) of every contractor and to pay every contractor through electronic funds transfer. Registration can be accomplished through the World Wide Web at http://www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
