1. Is there shore power available to plug the HVAC's into? The HVAC could be plugged into the generator that is supposed to be provided by the contractor. 2. If no shore power, are we to provide the power generation? Power generation is required for each tent. 3. If we provide the power generation, will the government provide the fueling? We will fuel the generators if they can use JP8 4. What type of surface are these tents going to be set up on? Open fields around the airfield. Dirt/Brush covered ground. 5. Can we use pole tents? or are you looking for clearspan structure tents? Poles within the tents for support are fine.
