89--The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements with multiple restaurant vendors near the Paine Field area in Everett WA.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Restaurants Must be within 3 miles of Paine Field 2701-112 St SW Everett WA 98204-3502. Government allowed rate per meal is set at $9.50. Members who order over that amnount will pay out of pocket. Resaurant must provide a variety of meals, restaurant must meet all federal, state and local food standard laws codes and hold current licenses to operate. Payment will be made with Goverment Purchase Card. Vendors will recieve a voucher from members and will reimbursed per meal voucher withing approx seven days. A site visit will be conducted on all interested restaurants on 23 Jul 2010 between 9 AM and 3 PM Pacific Time.
