Y -- Antenna Tower System Fabrication and Installation

The IBB no longer has a requirement to (a) modify, ship, and install five commercially available antenna towers, (b) fabricate and ship antenna feed lines; and (c) install GFE insulators and ancillary equipment to support its operations at the former Wallace Air Station on Poro Point near San Fernando City, La Union Province in the Philippines. Consequently, the anticipated requirement previously synopsized in the FBO on July 8, 2003 as Solicitation No. 03-3284 is hereby canceled in its entirety, as the Government's requirement has changed.
