10--Construction and testing for the Advanced Gun System (AGS) for DDG 1000 Class

The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for the AGS Regenerative Energy Component (REC) and AGS Pallets for the DDG 1000 and DDG 1001 hulls. Additionally, the requirement is for the recurring and non-recurring engineering for the continued detailed design of the AGS system, integrated logistics support, shock qualifications, AGS Intra-ship Replenishment System (AIRS) design and shipyard integration test support for the DDG 1000 Class; as well as for the development of the Long Range Land Attack Projectile and the procurement of associated test assets. These requirements will be solicited from BAE Systems, 4800 East River Road, Minneapolis, MN 55421, the systems integrator and test coordinator of the AGS. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
