Request for Proposal for Armored Vehicle

The Department of Commerce presents this Request for Proposal (RFP) that will result in a firm-fixed price purchase order that is 100% set aside for Small Business. This is a brand name, commercial item purchase order for a new or used armored Chevrolet Suburban passenger vehicle. The requirement specifications enumerated herein are for a nonstandard vehicle not available for purchase under the GSA Fleet program and no waiver to the Federal Property Management Regulations is required for this acquisition. The Contractor shall provide an armored vehicle meeting the specifications as per the "Attachment 1: Requirements Specification". Delivery is required as soon as possible but no later than 90 days after purchase order award. All communications shall be conducted electronically by e-mail to the Agency Contact: Aimee Clark at [email protected]. Mark communications as "For 1331L520R13OS0016". Questions concerning this RFP are due no later than Friday August 14th, 2020 at 11am Eastern time. Please utilize the questions template document to submit questions. Questions received after the cut-off date will generally not be considered. Quotes are due at 11pm Eastern Time on Thursday August 20, 2020.
