The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to SmartSAT in an approx. amount of $137,000 for testing and troubleshooting of Ultra High Frequency (UHF) satellite communications (SATCOM) terminal equipment under FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
