The U.S. Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing a solicitation for single family properties owned by HUD for the State of Michigan. The service will cover four geographic areas with the Government's intent to award one contract for each area. The primary objective of these contracts is to ensure that the sale of all properties close within the time stipulated by the sales contract, accurately pay all closing charges and deposit net proceeds.
