QTY: n/a ITEM 0004: VRAM Production Renewal Manufacturer: Crunchy Data Solutions, Inc. QTY: 16 The above supplies create a robust open source Object Relational Database Management System used to secure and manage data. No other vendor produces the exact management system that meet all of the Government’s minimum requirements. Based on the approved Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement (JNCP), there is only one responsible source and no other known supplier will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
