03 June 2005 Amendment 06 1. Current Status of this Step, i.e. Step03: 03 June 2005 FINAL responses to Industry Draft RFP Questions and Completion and CLOSING of Step03. (See #2 28 Jul 2004 Initial Posting below for explanation of the Steps.) 2. CAPS Steps 01, 02, 03, and 04 have been COMPLETED and are CLOSED. Only CAPS Step 05 remains opened. 3. Nature of Amendment 06: This amendment announces the posting of the Government’s 03 June 2005 FINAL responses to Business and Industries’ questions and comments on the Revised Draft RFP, dated 22 Apr 2005; and the COMPLETION and CLOSING of Step 03. As a result of additional industry questions and comments, the formal RFP contains minor revisions. However, most of the changes were already captured in the significantly revised draft dated 22 April 2005. Although the previously posted revised draft RFP, 22 Apr 005, remains in the Document Library at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil under the Business Opportunity entitled “CAPS_A+AS_STEP03-Consolidated acquisition of Profess…”, it has been overcome by events since the Formal RFP was posted on 20 May 2005, on PIXS under CAPS Step 05, i.e.”CAPSAASSTEP05 – CAPS A+AS Step05 Formal Request for…”.
