Environmental & Energy Policy and Market Subscription for Dept. of the Interior

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR part 13, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information provided herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number D17PS00569 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The United States Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), plans to acquire news services subscription that provides comprehensive, daily coverage of environmental and energy policy and markets, including major breaking news and the Washington DC policy and political scene as it relates to environmental policy. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94,2005-95 dated 01/19/2017. It is the vendor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130.
