J--Notice of Intent to Extend Contract For Closed Circuit TV Maintenance at NWRCF JBLM

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, intends to award a sole-source modification to extend Contract Number W911S8-09-D-0003 for a 6 month period from 1 Aug 2014 through 31 January 2015 to ABN Technology LLC for CCTV System Maintenance and Service at the JBLM Regional Correctional Facility. This extension is to provide temporary service until the closure of the facility. Under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), these services are required by the agency and are available from this responsible source, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the needs of the agency, or it will result in unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
