These systems are mission critical to insure compliance with PO4 implementation. The knowledge of SNR's Settlements and Scheduling architecturePower Billing System and related business rules preclude consideration of any other sources. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR INVITATION FOR BIDS. THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ANTICIPATE ANY RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE OF A NON-COMPETITIVE ACTION.
