The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106 to American Physical Society, One Physics Ellipse, College Park, MD 20740-3844. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The ERDC Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) has a requirement to use American Physical Society (APS) as a sole source to purchase electronic access to APS's Digital Library for the ERDC Library. APS is the sole publisher and provider of electronic access to Digital Library. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to
