VHA intends to purchase a License Agreement for the use of the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) data in the VHA software titled Veterans Health Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VISTA). This license is not available through any other business for use with the VISTA software. NAICS code 511120. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quote. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Specialist within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
