Pursuant to OMB Circular A-76, on June 17, 2008, public notification was made to announce a streamlined competition study of the telecommunications function located in ACF’s regional office in Dallas, TX. On September 12, 2008, consistent with procurement integrity, ethics, and standards of conduct rules, including the restriction of 18 U.S.C. 208, the ACF Competitive Sourcing Representative reviewed and certified the streamlined competition form (SLCF), indicating the study’s completion. Under this formal notification, the Contracting Officer announces the performance decision that these functions and operations will continue to be performed by the government. In accordance with the streamlined procedures as specified by OMB Circular A-76, dated May 23, 2003, the SLCF shall be made available upon public request.
