The Department of the Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity- North intends to negotiate a Sole Source commercial item procurement with CENSIS to provide InstrumenTrac, instrument level tracking and data management system. The system will include hardware: Censitrac Buffer Server, document scanner, electrochemical marking kit, FIPS compliant wireless scanner, tethered instrument scanner, label printer with network cord, laser jet printer, small form factor PC, touch screen monitor 19" widescreen format, waterproof keyboard with integrated touchpad mouse; Supplies: Electrochemical marking stencils (standard); Implementation; and Subscription: Tier 3 InstrumenTrac software license fee . This proposed procurement is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
