The SEC believes Aspen Publishers to be the only known source that possesses the required capability. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement, which may or may not be considered by the SEC. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
