NOTICE OF INTENT: Pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Federal Investigative Services Division (FISD) intends to enter in to a sole source order for recurring telecommuniction land line, local telephone and connectivity services for FISD's office located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. OPM deems it appropriate to award a fixed-price order on other than a full and open competitive basis to Puerto Rico Telephone Company. Puerto Rico Telephone Company is the available responsible source and no other source will satisfy the needs of the Agency. The North American Standard Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 517110 - Wired Telecommunications Carriers.
