Amendment The purposes of this amendment to DPAP Solicitation # DPAP-09092014 is to announce the details for the resulting Industry Day events succeeding the September 19 event. This amendment includes the following: Industry Day Round 2 Instructions: a. Dates: Tuesday, October 28, 2014 and Wednesday, October 29, 2014 b. Location: 2000 Corporate Ridge McLean, Virginia 22102 c. Each vendor will sign up for a one-hour time slot with the Government. The vendor shall ensure that their presentation to the Government does not exceed 25 minutes and shall be prepared for 15-20 minutes of Q&A and/or discussions. d. Please RSVP to Ms. Emily Prohaska at

Company Name in the Subject of the e-mail 2. Time frame desired (i.e. 10-11 am) between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm 3. Number of Attendees 4. Name, Phone, Email of each attendee e. Please bring on the day of your presentation: i. Handouts ii. Laptop with PC A/V Connectors for projection OR a USB Drive or Disk to load into the projection laptop. Please note that while you are signing up for a full one-hour time slot, you will receive no more than 25 minutes for your presentation and no more than 20 minutes for the Q&A session. The additional time will be required for set up/breakdown of presentations; therefore, please be sure you arrive 30 minutes prior to your presentation time to allow for set up. Minutes from the first industry day held September 19th will be posted to this notice the week of September 29th.
