Notice Type: Special Notice - Per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) FAR 6.302-2 - Unusual and Compelling Urgency Original Set Aside: N/A Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: J059 NAICS Code: 811213 Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract with Avaya Government Solutions for the following service: CM6 maintenance is required to ensure continued support and service to the Gillem Enclave. The NAICS code is 811213. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (2), Unusual and Compelling Urgency. An urgent and compelling need exists, and unacceptable delays will impact the Government. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement.
