OPERATIONALLY RESPONSIVE SPACE OFFICE INDUSTRY DAY The Department of Defense Operationally Responsive Space Office (ORSO) is planning to hold an Industry Day at the end of the American Institue of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA)/Utah State University (USU) Conference on Small Satellites. The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2010, from 1330 - 1700 at the USU Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL), Calibration and Optics Building, North Logan, Utah. A map showing the location of the meeting will be available at the conference. The purpose of the Industry Day is to present to the community a detailed overview of the Operationally Responsive Space program. The planned agenda includes operationalizing ORS; accomplishments during the previous year; the ORS Way Ahead; lessons learned from TacSat-3; status of TacSat-4 and ORS-1; and Urgent Needs presented to the ORS Office by USSTRATCOM, the ORS EXCOM and the COCOMS. Current or future ORSO procurements will not be discussed at this meeting. The meeting will be restricted to US Citizens holding a current SECRET Clearance.
