NATO Market Survey - Request for Information: Procurement and Contracting E-Filing System

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) has issued a Market Survey regarding NATO's requirement of an electronic filing system for the NCI Agency Acquisition Directorate. This Market Survey is being issued to identify possible service suppliers and to identify any limitations or conditions that may need to be met before potential suppliers are able to submit bids in this area. A summary of requirements and the response template are included in the attached Responses should include the name of the firm, telephone number, E-mail address, designated Point of Contact, and an unclassified description of the capability and its functionalities. Other supporting information and documentation (system overview and architecture overview, marketing brochures, catalogue price lists, etc.) are also desired. The response should note any restrictions (e.g. export controls) on direct procurement of the various capabilities by the NCI Agency. Non-binding product pricing information is also requested. All responses received will be treated as commercial-in­-confidence information.
